This is the moment a 'disabled' ban got up out of his wheelchair and legged it from a jewellers with a £16,000 Rolex on his wrist.
The well-dressed thief was caught on security cameras carrying out the blatant robbery in front of a saleswoman and a security guard who he pepper sprays to make good his getaway.
Police believe accomplices were waiting in a car parked near the shopping mall and they picked him up as he fled.
