Burkina Faso- Protester shot dead as violence erupts in Ouagadougou VERY GRAPHIC
At least one person was shot dead when anti-government protesters stormed and set fire to the Burkina Faso parliament, alongside other government buildings, in Ouagadougo on Thursday.
Protests against a proposed law allowing President Blaise Compaore to extended his 27-year-rule have erupted into violence, with crowds and military police clashing in the country's capital. The city hall and The Congress for Democracy and Progress party HQ have reportedly been attacked.
