Gorgonzola cheese mousse with grapes and walnuts
Ingredients:
200g Gorgonzola Dolce cheese
5 g gelatin
salt to taste
300 g white grapes
100g walnuts
200 ml cream 30 %
100 ml milk
Preparation:
Cut grapes in halves. Roast walnuts, peel it and grind. Mix
