China plans to invest 260 billion yuan, or roughly $42 billion, to revive plans to build the world's longest undersea tunnel, according to Reuters.
The plan, originally proposed in 1994, would link China's eastern and northeastern regions.
The 123-km tunnel running between Dalian in Liaoning province and Yantai in Shandong
