UN peacekeepers exit East Timor
In a year marked by bloodshed in Syria, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mali, one country's being praised for overcoming violence and internal divisions. The tiny East Asian nation of East Timor is saying good-bye to an international peacekeeping force and taking full responsibility for its own security.
