He's baaaaack! Rob Ford, the crack-smoking, p*ssy-eating mayor of Toronto, is back in the news after a new video of his wonderful, lovable ranting emerged online. This time Ford was at a fast food joint, presumably drunk, and shouting in what was apparently supposed to be a Jamaican accent.

Ford lets loose with a string of profanities, including "c*cksucker" and some Jamaican curse words. Presumably this is one of those "drunken stupors" Ford attributed to all the times he smoked crack.
