A documentary chronicling LCD Soundsystem's farewell show at Madison Square Garden last April will screen at next year's Sundance Film Festival, as Pitchfork points out. Titled SHUT UP AND PLAY THE HITS (the caps are intentional), the film was directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, and chronicles "LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy over a crucial 48-hour period, from the day of their final gig at Madison Square Garden to the morning after, the official end of one of the best live bands
