IOM 2012 - Luiz Wanderley – Chef
Luiz Wanderley and his wife returned to Brazil in January 2011 after nearly 10 years in Portugal working in the food business. Luiz made and sold his own lasagne, pasta, pastries, and other savouries, while his wife, a chef, worked at a restaurant. As her husband's business grew, Ida decided to leave her job at the restaurant and join him.
