Mad! Hamburg fan attacks Franck Ribery at end of Bayern DFB Pokal win
It was another comfortable night for Bayern Munich, as they secured a 3-1 win at Hamburg in the DFB Pokal.
The end of the game was marred by a crazy incident that will bring into question player safety at German football matches.
Franck Ribery had scored Bayern’s third at Hamburg and one Hamburg fan seemed to take exception to the French winger.
As can be seen on the videos above and below, a Hamburg fan ran on to Ribery and appears to throw something a scarf at his face before giving him the
