IOM 2012 - Ana Machado – Seamstress
Ana has got more work than she can handle. Her workshop at the back of the house where she lives in Goiânia, the State capital of Goiás, is already too small.
After 7 years in Lisbon, this seamstress returned home in October 2011 and set up a small business that has changed her life. Though she was never unemployed in Portugal, her small child's health problems meant that she was never able to earn as much as she hoped.
