Forgiving mum hugs daughter's killer in court
A heartbroken mother has shown a moving display of compassion in court when she hugged a teenage boy who shot dead her young daughter.
"I'm sorry," 16-year-old Jordyn Howe stammered as Ady Guzman-DeJesus made the emotional choice to give him a second chance after killing her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes, who went by the name Jina.
The boy accidentally shot Jina in the neck two years ago while he was showing off his stepfather's gun on a school bus.
