LG Kitchen Basics - Goat Cheese Crackers
The tangy goat cheese cracker can help compliment any creamy soup! Try it for yourself.
Ingredients:
AP Flour: 2 Cups
Whole Wheat Flour: 1/2 Cups
Sesame Seeds: 2/3 Cups
Kosher Salt: 1 Tsp.
Goat Cheese: 4 Oz-Frozen
Honey: 2 Tsp.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F-Degrees
2. Combine flours, sesame seeds, kosher salt together in a bowl
3. Grate the goat cheese into small pieces
4. Add 3/4 to 1 cup of cold water to make a dough
