The Capeia Arraiana festival which was recently announced as Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage, is basically the rural Portuguese version of bullfighting, distinguished by the use of a special instrument built and used especially for the ritual, called a Forcão which is a huge wooden triangle made of heavy oak with 2 fork shape logs on its sides.
